BIO Deutschland Showcases its Members at the BIO International Convention in San Diego

The Bio International Convention, the largest event of its kind in the biotechnology sector, took place from 23 to 26 June in San Diego. As in previous years, BIO Deutschland was represented by a stand in the German Pavilion, where it showcased its member companies in a screen presentation. In addition to material about BIO Deutschland, brochures about the member companies were available on the stand. Once again this year, visitors were particularly interested in information sources such as the brochures on biomanufacturing and CROs that BIO Deutschland produced in cooperation with the Medical Biotechnology Working Group at Germany Trade & Invest. Visitors were also interested in general information on German biotechnology and the companies in the sector. This information was also available electronically. In addition, the stand was a meeting place for German companies and association members. Most of the interlocutors were happy with this year’s BIO International Convention in San Diego – with the sunny weather and pleasant temperatures certainly playing a role in visitor satisfaction!
