counselling in and support of the implementation of the EU regulatory framework into national law, active participation in the legislative process covering areas like patent protection, regulatory approvals, and new technologies, i.a.
Protection Rights and Technical Contracts
Importance of protection rights for a sustainable and continual innovation in Germany and throughout Europe, reduction of protection right costs for SMEs, removal of current structures in the field of technology transfer that prevent innovation, etc.
