BIO Deutschland takes part in the Analytica
The Analytica trade show was held in Munich from 10 to 13 May. BIO Deutschland participated with a booth in the Biotech Forum. Here Finance Day and the Personalized Medicine Focus Day took place on 12 and 13 May respectively.

International experts met in Washington, D.C., from 9 to 13 May to discuss biotech harmonisation projects within the five working groups of the ISO Technical Committee 276 Biotechnology (ISO/TC 276).
Second board meeting of 2016 held in Munich
On 11 May, BIO Deutschland’s board convened for its second meeting of the year in Munich. Along with organizational topics, the main items on the agenda were the further elaboration of Strategy 2020 as well as its implementation.
Working Group on the Industrial Bioeconomy hosts parliamentary breakfast
The Working Group on the Industrial Bioeconomy invited members of the Bundestag to attend a parliamentary breakfast on 31 May, aimed at keeping the lawmakers informed about the latest developments in industrial bioeconomy and bio-based raw materials.
