Joint evening event on biosolutions held with the Danish embassy
On 15th May, members of the Working Group on the Industrial Bioeconomy and of the Novel Food Task Force met at the residence of the Danish embassy to discuss how biosolutions can strengthen Europe’s sustainability, resilience and competitiveness.
Association members visit NAKO’s biobank at Helmholtz Munich
In mid-May, Thomas Hendel of Helmholtz Munich welcomed some BIO Deutschland members for an in-depth discussion of the German National Cohort (NAKO Gesundheitsstudie) – Germany’s largest long-term study of widespread diseases that tracks the health of around 200,000 adults.
