On 15th March, Sylvia Wojczewski, BIO Deutschland board member and Managing Director of BioSpring GmbH, and Claudia Englbrecht from BIO Deutschland’s headquarters met with Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė. The Baltic country’s embassy in Berlin had invited BIO Deutschland to this meeting to discuss the advantages that make Lithuania an attractive biotech location. The country’s life sciences sector is experiencing rapid growth, and aims to contribute five percent of GDP by 2030. Lithuania is not only an enticing location for biotech companies, but also a reliable partner for the development of key technologies and products.
