BIO Deutschland on the Panel of the Country Presentation at BIO 2007 in Boston

The office of BIO Deutschland took part for the first time in this year’s BIO International Convention in Boston. Represented by Dr Viola Bronsema, the association was part of the panel in the Country Presentation, which was called “Biotech Made in Germany: From Start-up to Grown-up”. The other panel members were Professor Günther Wess (GSF - Research Centre for the Environment and Health), Thomas Christély (Silence Therapeutics AG - formerly Atugen AG), Professor Peter Stadler (Artemis Pharmaceuticals GmbH) und Dr Steffen Helmling (Noxxon Pharma AG).

BIO Deutschland also had its own stand in the German Pavilion, where it provided information about the association’s aims and activities, as well as giving video presentations on the 21 member companies who had sent information to the association beforehand.
