BIO Deutschland’s Working Group on Human Resources Meets in Munich
Experts from BIO Deutschland’s Working Group on Human Resources met in Munich in mid-December. Among other things, they decided that the working group would take part in ScieCon 2011 (a career fair for life sciences students and PHD students) at the beginning of February in Munich. At this fair, the working group plans to conduct targeted university marketing for the biotech sector and offers BIO Deutschland member groups the opportunity to present their companies themselves or to be represented by the working group. In addition, an internal brief survey of planned pay rises in the member companies was conducted. This was followed by a comparison of salaries in 2010 and 2011 by Christian Neitzel (Micromet AG).
Regina Bergdolt (Bergdolt Strategy and Personnel Development) and Dr. Gerd Vito Kamphaus (Dr. Kamphaus & Partner, corporate and personnel development) were invited to the meeting to give presentations on aspects of strategy, corporate and personnel development.
The next meeting is scheduled to take place in Berlin at the end of May.
The minutes of the meeting will shortly be available to BIO Deutschland members on request from the association’s office.
