BIO Germany speaks at the opening of Novenesis' new Customer&Application Center in Pohlheim

On June 13, Viola Bronsema, Managing Director of BIO Deutschland, attended the opening of the new Novonesis Customer&Application Center of Novonesis in Pohlheim near Marburg. The state-of-the-art facility enables customers to test various bacterial to improve food safety, productivity, taste and more. After Martin Reich from Biocom AG presented findings from his new book "Revolution from the Microcosm - Sustainable Nutrition through fermentation", Bronsema emphasized in her presentation the importance of biotechnology for mankind in the past, present and future.
