Council for Technological Sovereignty convenes

The Council for Technological Sovereignty met with the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the project management agency to discuss future collaboration as well as the planning for the new year. The Council’s overarching aims are to support and advise the BMBF in developing measures across the research, development and innovation landscape and to maintain, strengthen and expand Germany’s and Europe’s technological sovereignty in key areas. The focus in terms of technology foresight is on key future technologies and application fields. BIO Deutschland participates in the Council as a representative of the life sciences and biotechnology sector.
