Council of German BioRegions and BIO Deutschland collect annual data on the biotech sector

BIO Deutschland andtheCouncil of German BioRegions decided last year to collect data jointly in the future on Germany’s biotechnology sector. These data will be published – in aggregated and anonymized form – at this year’s German Biotechnology Days conference in Leipzig on 26 and 27 April, as well as made available to industry, media, government, public administration and other interested parties for further use.

This data initiative enables us to track and show the progress being made in the biotech sector, to highlightthe sector’s importance for Germany’s present and future economic strength and, where necessary, to work together to improve the business climate and the political environment.

We encourage companies operating in the biotechnology sector that have yet to receive the survey to contact our office. We will provide you with an individual TAN code that allows your data to be recorded. It takes a maximum of 20 minutes to answer the questions if done all at once. You can, however, stop at any question, save your answers and continue the survey at a later time
