“Diagnostics for the Restart” initiative

Together with members active in the field of coronavirus diagnostics, the association has put together an initiative that primarily offers companies solutions for workplace testing. The issue has become acute in recent days as a result of decisions made by the Chancellor and Minister-Presidents. BIO Deutschland and its members would like to provide an offering to help companies that are still looking for competent partners for workplace testing. Some biotechnology companies whose activities put them in broader contact with patients or with customer groups in active treatment are currently receiving vaccination appointments at short notice on request, even if their employees do not fall into the currently prioritised customer groups. BIO Deutschland’s board recommends that companies make active efforts in this regard.
