First Board Meeting of 2015

On 24 February, BIO Deutschland held its first board meeting of 2015 in Berlin. The board members discussed the association’s development, as well as the direction and concrete steps to be taken in 2015. Further topics on the agenda included the approval of new members and the current situation in biotechnology project funding in Germany.

The spokesperson of the Council of German BioRegions, Klaus Eichenberg and BIO Deutschland Managing Director Viola Bronsema, reported on the status of preparations for the German Biotechnology Days 2015 in Cologne and on the direction this event will take from 2016.

The pharma dialogue, preliminary feedback from the opening event and the first dialogue meeting were also on the agenda.
