Meeting at the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology to Discuss Preparations for the BIO 2010 in Chicago

At the beginning of November, lobbyists from the biotech sector met at the invitation of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology in Bonn to discuss Germany’s participation with a newly designed stand at the BIO International Convention in Chicago next year (3 - 6 May 2010).

There are currently over 30 registered exhibitors from Germany, which will be represented at the German Pavilion on a space of around 370m².

The deadline for registering for a space at the German Pavilion was at the end of October. Companies that would still like to register may ask their respective BioRegion if they still have any room in the areas reserved for these organisations. The following BioRegions will be represented at the German Pavilion: Berlin-Brandenburg, Saxony, BioRegionN (Lower Saxony), Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia.

As in previous years, BIO Deutschland will provide information about its members at the event.
