New member of the “Biotech Hall of Fame”

On the occasion of the CEO & CFO meeting of the biotechnology industry, the Biotech Hall of Fame welcomed another successful company, PROGEN Biotechnik, as a new member. Around 1000 biotech companies with around 61,000 employees are active in Germany. Many of them started out small as spin-offs from universities - and quite a few of them are extremely successful and globally active today. The “Hall of Fame” of German biotechnology companies presents examples of these companies in compact form and tells their remarkable success stories. PROGEN Biotechnik was founded over 40 years ago and today specializes in reagents and test systems for customers in the field of gene therapy.
