Salary study shows sharp rise in biotech pay and strong demand for skilled workers

The median salaries for various positions in the biotech industry have in some cases seen high single or double-digit increases in the past two years, according to a salary comparison study conducted by the biotech industry association BIO Deutschland. Increases were highest among managing directors, experienced sales and marketing directors, and natural science researchers. Salary decreases were not found in any of the positions reviewed. The study was based on data provided by Compensation Partner.
