Seminar on Intellectual Property

In cooperation with the Working Group on Intellectual Property and Technical Contracts, BIODeutschland held a seminar on the topic of intellectual property on 13 September in Berlin. The 17 participants had the opportunity to exchange views extensively on subjects such as legal representation, the relevance and costs of commercial protection for small and medium-sized enterprises and intellectual property due diligence from the investor’s point of view.
