Expert Discussion Organised by the Working Group on Human Resources: "The HR Officer as a Business Partner"

The Working Group on Human Resources invited people to an expert discussion on the topic of "The HR Officer as a Business Partner" in Berlin on 22 June. During the one-day event, the participants, who had travelled to Berlin from all over Germany, had the opportunity to attend a creative workshop and discuss the question of what image HR officers have of their future position as business partners for management and to obtain input from experts on role definition, responsibilities, competencies and structures. In addition, ways of transferring these ideas to one’s own company and real-life examples were presented.
