Revision of the Clinical Trials Directive

On 17 June, the European Commission adopted a proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and Council on clinical trials on medicinal products for human use and on repealing Directive 2001/20/EC. This proposal has been forwarded to the European Parliament and Council for further discussion. BIO Deutschland, which has been following this development for a long time, will participate in the further legislative process.
