Twelve Member Companies Join BIO Deutschland at the Biotechnica 2007

Visitors to BIO Deutschland’s joint stand at this year’s Biotechnica in Hanover included the Finance Minister of Lower Saxony, Hartmut Möllring (in the photograph with BIO Deutschland’s board members, Dr Uwe Maschek of MagForce Biotechnologies AG and Andreas Mietzsch of BIOCOM AG), the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Michael Thielen, and the Permanent Secretary of the Lower Saxony Ministry of Agriculture, Friedrich-Otto Ripke.

BIO Deutschland was represented at Europe’s largest biotechnology trade fair with a large joint stand, where twelve of its members were able to present their products, development projects, technologies and services over the course of three days to some 13,000 international visitors, according to visitor figures provided by the Hanover Trade Fair Company. The following companies exhibited at the joint stand: Avia GmbH, B.R.A.I.N. AG, CellGenix GmbH, EBD Group, LORENZ Archiv-Systeme, Mayer Brown LLP, Max-Planck-Innovation GmbH, MediGene AG, MicroDiscovery GmbH, PharmaLex GmbH, Sloning BioTechnology GmbH und Wilex AG.
